My Process

Step 1 - Decide which package fits your event needs best! Or select the option to customize it.

Step 2 - Once you’re ready to go - Submit a “Request Form” including your desired package and event details!

Within 24 hours you will receive an email from me with your wedding proposal packet that includes your quote, non-refundable deposit amount, your event contract listing my services, and our next steps.

**Be advised my service area includes the I-5 corridor between Portland, Oregon and Eugene, Oregon. Venue locations outside of this area will be subject to a travel feel**

Step 3 - To secure services the contract must be signed, and the non-refundable deposit paid. Invoice and contracts will be sent powered by HoneyBook.

I offer all potential clients the opportunity to meet with me prior to signing the contract and paying deposit to ensure it’s a great fit!

What’s the difference between an event planner and coordinator?

Event Planners:

Are brought in at the beginning of the process and involved in all planning details to build the entire event experience from start to finish.

Event Coordinators:

Are meant to take all details previously planned and execute them as you envisioned on your big day. Details are passed along to the coordinator through entire planning process.
